		<description>Being in the Metabolic Repair program with MP4, I can attest to the power of recovery.  Very hard one intitially when all you feel compelled to do is beat yourself into the ground and starve yourself for results.  Sleep is at the top of the list, clean foods on on the plate, and exercise that uplifts is where my sneakers are headed.  Yay!  And thanks. :)</description>
