		<description>Re: foot strke question I had... I think I might get it. Today I did 10 jump squats which = 10 foot strikes. Then I did 10 switch lunges which = 20 foot strikes (not sure on those since each switch is a strike and it&#039;s 10 PER LEG, so I calculated 20 strikes). I performed this three times, recovering between sets. If calculated correctly, this would be 180 strikes?? Am I off? :o)</description>
