		<description>Flax meal pancake:
6 TB flax meal
2 eggs 
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
optional add berries, apple chunks, etc

Mix, then cook in pancake like you would any other pancakes.  Will fluff up nicely, very filling.  :)</description>

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals. If I workout in the morning I&#039;ll eat slow cooked oats w/a scoop of protein powder. I usually make crock pot steel cut oats or a big ole batch of slow cooked oats on Sunday to eat all week long.

Homemade protein bars work well, too, for breakfast on the go.

I often make crustless veggie quiches, too, to eat throughout the week. 

I&#039;m also a fan of protein shakes on the go...I sneak in spinach to make sure I&#039;m getting my vegetables along with my protein.

Oh, last one and then I&#039;ll shut up...plain greek yogurt w/cinnamon. Love it!</description>
