		<description>While not where I want to be physically, I&#039;m so much better along with my relationship with food.  I can only assume the body will follow.  I just wrote out my foods.  Indeed, while it feels like December is one big old binge, I&#039;m still pretty close to 80/20 most of the time.  This is really encouraging me not to let it slip too far  below that, and perhaps move it more to 90/10 post-Dec.  Thanks for the reminder on how to have a life! :)</description>

		<description>OK....I&#039;m stumped.  I am eating mostly clean and not alot and I am &quot;gaining&quot; weight.  I started walking for the cardio and drinking all the water, yet the scale is moving up! I am a bit in panic mode now....hmmmm what;s going on?  I am now 22 lbs heavier than last summer!!  Help Jodi, please?</description>
