		<description>I&#039;d have had the herbal tea (right now I&#039;m LOVING jasmine green tea by Numi ) with the almonds, but only a handful because nuts make my teeth ache after too many.  And again, sigh, been underwhelmed, but full enough to stop looking in the cabinets and enjoy the silly movie.</description>

		<description>Great post, what about if your cheat is eel rolls and yogurt, neither awful but yet not on a meal plan.  The yogurt is like TCBY, but you weigh it yourself, fat free but not sugar free, no toppings.</description>
