		<description>I love these Jodi!!! You are so sweet. Tips on the bars: you must slice them after they&#039;ve been in the freezer for 30 minutes (this makes them hard enough to stay together, but not too hard to cut). Place back in freezer and they&#039;ll keep forever! To eat, snap off frozen bar, mic on defrost for 30 seconds and be sure to have with a yummy cup of java! xoxoxo</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not going to lie...I rely on powder A LOT! But...I know my body makes it&#039;s best changes when I eat at least one serving of fish a day. I do not eat chicken or beef so I have to get creative with my protein sources. 

I RARELY eat prepackaged bars as I love to bake my own. So powder and homemade bars are my &quot;fast food&quot;...but I need to shake it up a bit and use other protein sources, too...like eggs, dairy, beans/rice, nuts...ahhh, nuts! ;-)</description>

		<description>Thanks Jodi!  Too true.  I guess the attraction at least for me is that you think of these things as healthy (cough! cough!) candy bars with the emphasis on the candy part.  In point of fact, I have never found one of these things that actually tastes good. They all taste like cardboard to me.  SO if what I want is candy then why not eat a piece of real candy that actually tastes good and call it what it is!</description>
