Jodiojo & Co. serves as a bridge between the clean eating communities that you are a part of and reality. We supply gym rats, athletes, athletic folk who do not realize they are athletes (runners), competitors and every day folk who desire to look good naked with the information necessary to navigate this lifestyle healthily. You may be working with a coach, doing your program, a seasoned lifter—whoever—who has found that living this lifestyle has its challenges and it’s not all that it is cracked up to be. From finding it hard to stay lean all year round to realizing that it is even harder to lose the weight every time you try, we answer all those questions that come about as you learn to Look Good Naked on a regular basis.
Our main business is information and we are happy to provide it for you: e-courses, webinars, e-books and Mp3 products all researched and arranged in a way to provide you with the best information available with the most laughs allowable. We love what we do and we pray that you leave knowing that. All of us who are a part of Jodiojo are clean eaters ourselves as well as trainers, exercise enthusiasts, make up lovers, moms and in some cases, doctors. We promise that we have and do live the life and all the information you receive from us is authentic and prepared with the utmost integrity. It is important to us that you know this.

Although we no longer diet competitors for stage, we will still diet you to greatness for your wedding, high school reunion, next sporting event or just cuz.
